Miami Contractors allows business owners and independent contractors to claim existing listings published within the marketplace in order to manage, update, and improve their public business profiles.
By submitting a claim request, users acknowledge and agree to the following policy terms and verification procedures.

Users claiming a listing must be the real owner, representative, or authorized manager of the business profile being claimed.

Verification Review
Miami Contractors may review publicly available business data, websites, phone numbers, social profiles, licenses, and submitted documents before approving a claim request.

No Ownership Guarantee
A listing appearing on Miami Contractors does not automatically confirm business ownership, partnership, endorsement, or legal affiliation with the platform.

Public Information Sources
Some listings may be created using publicly available internet data, local business directories, customer references, or online business information intended to improve local search visibility.

Profile Management Access
Once approved, claimed listings may gain access to profile editing, image uploads, lead tools, business information management, and visibility features.

Manual Review Rights
Miami Contractors reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or request additional verification information before granting listing ownership access.

False Claim Submissions
Fraudulent or misleading ownership claims may result in permanent account suspension and removal from the platform.

Miami Contractors operates as an independent digital marketplace and visibility platform. All contractor services, negotiations, pricing, and agreements occur directly between users and businesses.

Miami Contractors provides digital exposure, listing management, and lead generation tools only. We do not supervise projects, process payments, or participate in contractual agreements between users and contractors.
